Warranty Coverage

New Products: 1-to-1 Replacement Warranty

Used Products: Repair Warranty for up to 6 months

Applicable Products: Kitchenware, bakeware, cookware &  kitchen appliances, 

Coverage: Manufacturing defects, faulty workmanship, and material defects under normal household use

Warranty Exclusions

❌ Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

❌ Wear and tear due to regular use

❌ Modifications or repairs done by unauthorized personnel

❌ Damage due to improper storage or exposure to extreme conditions

Warranty Claim Process
