5.2 Refund Policy: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after product inspection. Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account.

5.3 Warranty:

New Products: Eligible for 1-to-1 replacement for manufacturing defects.

Used Products: Covered under 6-month repair warranty (terms apply).
